Kit Clark formerly of Dundee's second-finest (after Spare Snare), Danny Wilson, plus The Drummer Out of Deacon Blue (ok, Dougie Vipond, but I had to look it up). Why would such a seemingly-mainstream band be featured here, in this indie haven? Well, their music's actually pretty damn good. But don't take my word for it, ask John Peel, who presumably hasn't heard of Dougie's sordid past and has been giving the band a good airing recently. Future looks in doubt following said drummer's new career as ever-smiling BBC sports anchorman.
